Consutling sales

A Consulting Sales makes strategies in order to sell services to clients so as to achieve incremental company profits. Work with Director to build up new business, to prepare proposals and quotations and to win contracts in Greater China.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identifying and establishing contact with potential new and existing customers proactively
2. Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the solutions sales and deliver a detailed account strategy
3. Develop sales strategies to meet and even exceed annual sales goals and targets
4. Guiding potential customers to discover their requirements and then tailors them the best solution
5. Keeping track all leads progress, negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales
6. Sales reporting with analysis on the market trends and identifying business threats and opportunities and remain updated on product knowledge
7. Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance the service delivery
8. Ensuring effective internal communication across the company especially work closely with consulting team for tailored solutions
9. Other tasks instructed by supervisor

Skills and Specifications
1. Highly innovative, flexible and proactive to achieve targets
2. Strong interpersonal skills to drive and motivate sales
3. Good verbal and written communication
4. Professional customer service with effective presentation and negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers
5. Results driven and able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure
6. Willing to travel upon requests

Education and Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Business Studies or related
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant consulting selling experience
4. Be conversant and possess good written skills in English
5. Good business acumen
6. Strong computer literacy in Powerpoint, Word, Excel
